Terms of Service
The terms that apply to inspiremarketing.in and to the services provided by Inspire Marketing.
1. Services
We provide website design and development, Odoo ERP setup, WhatsApp Business API integration and digital marketing services. The scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed with the client in writing.
2. WhatsApp Business Platform
- Clients who connect a WhatsApp Business account through our Meta app must follow the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s Commerce Policy.
- Clients must message only people who have agreed to receive messages from them, and must honour opt-out requests.
- Meta charges for WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly to the client’s WhatsApp Business Account. These charges are separate from our service fees.
- Clients can disconnect their number from our app at any time.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the content they send, for having the rights to that content, and for keeping their own login details safe.
4. Payments
Fees are payable as agreed in the quotation or invoice. Applicable GST is charged in addition.
5. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions or price changes made by third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp or hosting providers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may end a service with written notice. We may suspend a service if it is used in breach of these Terms or of Meta’s policies.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bagalkot district, Karnataka, have jurisdiction.
